The studio is introducing Jump Board training to the Pilate Reformer repertoire!
Jump Board training is an innovate approach to adding cardiovascular training to the Pilates Reformer workout. Imagine being on a trampoline, using your core to stay in a neutral spine and adding springs for resistance as you JUMP! It's a leg and ab workout that will get your heart pumping!
