… this is what Pilates is all about. In private sessions, we work together to help you feel strong both inside and out by developing a program specifically tailored to your needs. In one-on-one or semi-private sessions, we’ll explore the deepest levels of your core musculature and build awareness of your skeletal alignment.
Private sessions enable you to focus on your specific needs with one-on-one attention. Sessions take place in the private studio using the Pilates Cadillac, Reformer, Chair, and Ladder Barrel. Private sessions are by appointment.
Two people, one instructor. The instructor designs a workout to accommodate the needs of both you and your partner. Reformer Duets are scheduled by appointment.
Our private, customized Pilates workouts take you places you probably never imagined your mind and body could go. After just a few sessions, you’ll be amazed by the changes!
Classes are by appointment only, Monday through Friday. New students are required to fill out the health history form.
