In the Pilates Place studio …
… you can experience first hand how Pilates can change YOUR body and how you can feel better physically and mentally. Whether you are completely new to exercise or are a well conditioned athlete, we can design a program that can lead to changes and improvements in your physical strength and appearance. We are open Monday – Saturday for classes and private sessions. Private sessions are by appointment only – please contact us to learn more.
- Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to class. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged to class card.
- Please remove shoes before entering the studio.
- For mat classes, please bring a Pilates or yoga mat.
- Base mats are provided at the studio.
- Using your personal mat as a cover is desirable.
- Please silence cell phones during classes and private sessions.
